Rishi Gautam is a dual qualified lawyer with over 19 years of extensive experience of working on domestic as well as cross-border transactions in India, United Kingdom, Africa, Middle East, South-Asia and Australia for corporates as well as private equity houses, of which he has worked for more than 12 years in India. Rishi has experience of working in three jurisdictions and has represented corporates as well as private equity houses across various sectors, including infrastructure (airports, conventional and renewable power sector, transmission, logistics and warehousing), consumer goods (including alcoholic beverages) and retail, healthcare and life sciences, industrial (chemicals and fertilisers, steel, automobile and industrial goods), telecommunications, hospitality and natural resources.
