Pranay Chandran Bio

Pranay Chandran is part of the general corporate practice group with a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He has worked on a wide range of matters and has advised clients in several complex mergers, restructurings, acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign direct investments and collaborations across a broad range of industries and sector. Prior to joining CAM, he has previously worked at a Bengaluru based Law Firm and at Osborne Clarke, Cologne where his primary area of practice was general corporate.
