Vincent Shen’s practice focuses on the areas of private equity & investment fund, corporate finance and restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets/securities, and cybersecurity compliance, with particular expertise in advising on cross-border transactions. Vincent Shen has over 10 years of experience advising multinational and PRC-based enterprises and investment institutions on a variety of transactions, covering a broad range of industrial sectors, especially technology, media and telecommunications; education/training; healthcare; logistics and distribution; consumer products, industrial manufacturing and modern agriculture. Vincent Shen has been recognized by the well-known legal magazine Asian Legal Business (ALB) as one of the 2019 Client Choice Top 20 Lawyers.
