Simon Brady Bio

Simon Brady is an M&A and corporate advisory partner whose expertise covers a broad range of transactions, including Australian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, capital raisings and corporate structuring. Simon is national head of our Transport and Logistics group and has particular expertise in acting for local and international infrastructure investors acquiring interests in Australian infrastructure such as airports; rail; roads; ports; water infrastructure and renewable energy assets. Simon has had extensive dealings with Government and other regulatory bodies, including the Australian Securities & Investments Commission, the Foreign Investment Review Board and ASX. Simon is highly regarded and sought after by clients for his commercial ability and commitment to finding pragmatic solutions to complex legal issues.
