Ira Levin Bio

Ira M. Levin serves the commercial litigation and general commercial legal needs of entrepreneurs, partnerships and family business interests as well as middle market and publicly traded companies. Mr. Levin counsels his private clients in connection with acquisitions and divestitures, traditional labor and employment matters as well as regulatory matters. He has tried cases to both juries and judges in state and federal courts and before arbitrators and administrative agencies. Mr. Levin has also argued appeals in both state and federal appellate courts and has been engaged by trade associations to prepare amicus briefs in matters of special interest.
