As a real estate development attorney and a former general counsel for community and regional banks, Steve LaSota is well-versed in handling a wide variety of commercial transactions. With over 15 years of experience, Steve has handled extensive work in retail financial services and advised developers and lenders on nearly every aspect of commercial and residential real estate development and disposition. Steve works with businesses in a variety of industries on general corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, complex contract drafting and negotiation, and risk management strategies. His previous experience includes counseling regional and community banks through multi-million dollar mergers, handling corporate governance issues, and launching multiple new lines of business.
