Olivier Assant, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities law. He also advises on business reorganisations. He is a member of the “Issuer Transactions and Financial Information” Advisory Committee of the AMF (the French Financial Markets Authority).
