Robert Owen practises corporate and commercial law in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate structures, partnerships, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, reorganizations, corporate governance and forestry law. He is the national leader of the firm’s Forestry Law specialization. Robert provides legal services through a Law Corporation.
