Patricia Galella focuses on mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects and corporate commercial law. She has led or participated in public-private infrastructure projects, as well as commercial transactions involving the sale or acquisition of businesses, corporate reorganizations and joint ventures. Patricia is a member of the firm's Privacy and Data Protection Group and advises various clients to ensure their activities, practices, websites and commercial documents are compliant with current privacy laws.
