Lynn Mcgrade practises corporate law, with a focus on investment management. Lynn is a recognized authority on securities registrant regulation, compliance and fund governance. She also has extensive experience in merger and acquisition transactions in the investment industry. Lynn is the national leader of BLG’s Investment Management Group and the UK and EU Desk. She is also a member of the firm's Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiative.
