Kevin Didio Bio

Kevin Didio advises a wide range of domestic and international clients and provides an in-depth understanding of substantive legal disciplines in virtually all corporate issues. With a keen eye for detail, he assists clients in corporate matters and transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, corporate governance and structure, cross-border business transactions, private equity investments, and business taxation. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin worked in corporate law and transactions and M&A at an AmLaw 200 firm, where he was co-chair of the automotive and manufacturing practice group. He is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor by the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA). Kevin proudly served in and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps.
