Steve Mann Bio

Steve Mann practice focuses on the representation of both public and private companies in a variety of commercial matters, with a particular focus on matters relating to technology (including software, licensing, distribution, integration and development transactions, including those performed on a SaaS/laaS/PaaS basis), data commercialization and data analytics, on business process and IT outsourcing, and on other complex and cross-border commercial transactions. Steve also counsels clients in technology and security issues relating to data privacy (including the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)) and cybersecurity, including breach preparation and response, data encryption, data protection, data usage and cross-border data transfers. Prior to entering law practice, Steve worked for a leading technology company as a systems architect, a global information technology consulting practice manager and a program manager overseeing the integration of acquired companies.
