Samantha Hale Crispin is a seasoned M&A lawyer with over 20 years of experience helping publicly traded and privately held corporate clients and private equity funds in complex M&A, capital markets and strategic business transactions. Samantha leads the firm's global Corporate TMT pillar, is Chair of the Dallas Corporate group and serves on the firm's Executive Committee. Her clients include the media, technology, energy and energy tech, infrastructure and construction products, and mobility and consumer products industries. Strategic and private equity buyers and sellers rely on Samantha's counsel for M&A transactions, including corporate reorganizations, spin-offs and split-offs, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and opportunistic, distressed and/or bankruptcy-related acquisitions and dispositions. She also advises in public offerings, PIPEs and other capital raising transactions.
