Russell Wilkinson Bio

Russell Wilkinson concentrates on the development, acquisition/divestment and financing of energy businesses and infrastructure and the commercialisation of energy resources. He has advised on onshore and floating LNG liquefaction and regasification projects and associated ports; LNG/gas sales and shipping arrangements (including the construction and charter of LNG carriers); the acquisition of upstream production sharing and other rights; and associated financing and security documentation. He has extensive experience of other upstream and midstream petroleum projects and of power generation and transmission projects.
