Nigel Stacey has more than 25 years of experience practicing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, acting for major corporate clients on a wide range of public and private transactions and advisory private equity sponsor matters. Nigel has represented some of the UK's most high-profile transactions and has advised on deals with an aggregate value of $600 billion. Mr. Stacey is also ranked as "Highly Regarded" by IFLR 1000, 2020 for Capital Markets: Equity, M&A and Private Equity.
