Jenny Li Bio

Jenny Li represents clients in a variety of corporate and complex commercial litigation matters. Jenny advises corporations and their boards of directors on transactional and corporate governance matters involving the Delaware General Corporation Law, the fiduciary obligations of directors and officers, and other corporate law issues. Prior to law school, Jenny worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., where she advised companies in assessing acquisition targets.
