Jack Budig focuses his practice on general litigation, with an emphasis on complex tort and commercial matters involving electric utility and oil and gas companies. Prior to joining Bailey Glasser, Jack worked as a student clinician for West Virginia University College of Law's Land Use and Sustainable Development Clinic, gaining valuable experience working with local governments and non-profit organizations.
