Fred M. "Mickey" Jones, shareholder, practices primarily in business matters, commercial real estate, banking and probate. Mr. Jones advises clients in connection with general corporate transactions, such as asset and stock purchases and as to day to day business matters. Mr. Jones represents various types of businesses in a variety of industries. He has extensive experience in the representation of owners in the restaurant business. His practice includes the representation of banks, commercial real estate and the administration of and probate of decedent’s estates.
