Eric Labro Bio

Eric Labro’s practice focuses on acquisitions on the healthcare, real estate and hospitality sectors. Eric masters both the tax structuration and the Mergers & Acquisitions aspects of those transactions. He carries out several transactions every year on each of these sectors. Eric also provides advice to companies and individuals involved in complex or strategic tax audits and litigation. Eric started his practice with Bureau Francis Lefebvre and spent eight years with JeantetAssociés where he became partner in 2007, before co-creating ARCHERS in 2009.
