John M. Sachs is a Director in the Washington, D.C. office, who has led teams in successfully originating, managing and closing transactions totaling over US$6 billion in value in the United States, Asia and the Middle East-North Africa region. Mr. Sachs has more than 17 years of experience in successfully making direct equity investments, lending and advising corporate and government clients with M&A, privatization, restructuring, and project finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Sachs has a M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Vanderbilt University, and a B.A. in economics and finance from Albion College, Michigan. Washington, D.C.
