Josh Bier brings over a decade of experience providing professional services with extensive transaction experience through all facets of the deal cycle. He has been involved in over one hundred transactions across a wide range of industries including energy, financial services, distribution, and transportation. Throughout his career, Josh has advised both corporate and financial buyers and sellers with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, carve-outs, standalone analyses, interim CFO support, financial modeling, and forecasting. At Riveron, Josh works closely with his clients to support their strategic initiatives throughout any transaction.
