Jason Ficken Bio

Jason has more than 20 years of merger, acquisition, and capital raising experience. Prior to founding Quadriga, he formed the Healthcare Group at Headwaters MB, leading a team focused on buyside, sellside, and capital raising initiatives exclusively in healthcare services. Jason joined Headwaters from Morgan Stanley, where he concentrated on M&A execution. Prior to his time at Morgan Stanley, Jason worked for Koch Industries, Inc. in the company’s private equity and M&A groups. Jason received a BBA in Finance from Wichita State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
