Jan Wetter Bio

Jan joined Proventis Partners in 2021. Before that, he was M&A Partner and Head of Zurich Office at EY. Jan has more than 17 years of experience in M&A/Corporate Finance and has successfully completed transactions (including M&A, carve-outs, LBOs and capital increases) in Switzerland and Europe. Jan advises privately held and listed companies as well as private equity clients in various industries and is a member of the advisory board of a Swiss industrial technology company. Jan holds a Master's degree in economics from the University of Zurich and is a Swiss certified public accountant.
