Kathleen A. Caldwell, CAMS, CAFP, is a Vice President at ProBank Austin. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Ms. Caldwell served as Senior Law Clerk for the Jefferson County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. She has 14 years of regulatory compliance experience. Prior to receiving her Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville, Ms. Caldwell received a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Administration with a minor in Political Science at the University of Louisville. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Ms. Caldwell provides services focusing on the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering. Her specialties include Bank Secrecy Act independent reviews and Automated Monitoring system validations.
