Nick Dalgarno joined Simmons Energy | A Division of Piper Sandler in 2003. From 2000 to 2003, Dalgarno was vice president of commercial and legal at oil services company ASCO. Prior to this, Dalgarno worked as a corporate lawyer specialising in oil service M&A transactions at Paull & Williamsons, solicitors in Aberdeen. Dalgarno graduated from the University of Glasgow with an LLB with honours in law and subsequently earned his diploma in legal practice at the University of Aberdeen.
