Jared Mudge Bio

Jared Mudge is a managing director in the chemicals & materials group at Piper Sandler. Previously, he was managing director of The Valence Group and has 20 years of M&A advisory experience, the majority of which being in the chemicals sector. Prior to joining The Valence Group, Mudge was a senior vice president at Scott-Macon, leading transaction execution for their chemicals industry practice. He began his career at Sandler O'Neill & Partners, LLC working on a variety of transactions in the financial institutions industry group. Mudge earned his CFA designation and has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
