Michael O’Koomian is the Founder and Managing Director of MOK Advisors. He is responsible for the firm’s strategy and operations, and is closely involved with every client engagement. Michael has strong relatability to most entrepreneur or founder-led companies, having previously built, led and successfully exited his own personal companies. His unique prior experiences of investment banking, corporate strategic advisory and being a full-time business owner also differentiates himself from most other investment bankers or M&A advisory firms. Michael began his professional career working in management consulting specializing in M&A and growth strategy engagements. At Citigroup, he worked in management for the top-ranked Americas Equity Research division, with exposure to various equity divisions including banking, equity capital markets and sales and trading.
