Raoul Duysens Bio

Drs. Raoul Duysens is one of three founding partners which founded Mazars Berenschot Corporate Finance BV in 1999. Since 2007 he has been Managing Partner at MBCF. He specializes in merger and acquisition processes and related financing and valuation assignments, e.g. IPO’s, delistings, fairness opinions and capital raising. Raoul has executed transactions and assignments for a large number of companies, both nationally and internationally. He has specific expertise in the Healthcare and Industry sectors. Within MBCF, Raoul is in charge of the Healthcare team. He graduated in Business Administration at Maastricht University and holds a postdoc degree in Business Valuation from Rotterdam School of Management. Before MBCF, Raoul worked as a consultant at Deloitte Corporate Finance.
