Patrick Wijffelman Bio

Drs. Patrick Wijffelman has been working at MBCF since 2001. Patrick specializes in Valuation & Litigation Support. He has performed over 150 valuation assignments, including IFRS related valuations, tax valuations, fairness opinions, squeeze out procedures and M&A valuations. He also conducts damage calculations as (independent) expert. Patrick holds a Master degree of M&A and Valuation at the University of Groningen and Duisenberg School of Finance and a Master degree in Business Administration from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam.
