Marc Bodner Bio

Marc co-founded Keshet in 2012 with extensive corporate management experience, focusing on operations, corporate development and capital markets. Before launching Keshet, Marc was managing director of Evida Power, an Israel and UK-based designer and manufacturer of lithium-ion batteries for the emerging electric vehicle market, backed by Jerusalem-based clean-tech venture fund Terra Venture Partners. Prior to joining Evida in May 2009, Marc was CEO of Ping Mobile, a mobile marketing technology firm with offices in the US and Israel, where he focused on M&A transactions and Ping’s capital structure, along with business development and key partnerships. Previously, Marc was a senior executive at IDT Corporation (NYSE:IDT), a global consumer telecommunications and energy company. During most of his tenure at IDT, he was IDT’s International Managing Director, overseeing operations in Europe, Asia and Africa. Marc was responsible for all phases of IDT’s international strategy and businesses, including a major turnaround / restructuring of its pan-European business, and launching operations in Asia and Africa. Under his leadership, IDT expanded its technology footprint and businesses operations, and launched Toucan, a leading UK Consumer Phone Services operation, which was ultimately sold to Tiscali, a prominent Italian telecommunications company. Marc practiced law at a New York City law firm, focusing on real estate and corporate transactions. Marc received his BA in Political Science from Queens College and a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
