Randy is a Managing Director in the San Francisco Transaction Services practice for Grant Thornton, and leads the West Region’s Complex Financial Instruments valuation practice Randy has experience in valuations for financial accounting, tax and reorganization purposes for both US and international companies, including purchase accounting, impairment testing and complex financial instruments such as equity securities and derivatives, fixed income securities and derivatives, hybrid instruments, embedded derivatives, and contingent assets and liabilities.
