Sam Fuller Bio

Sam joined GCA Altium in 2000 as a graduate and is head of the GCA Altium London team and runs the Consumer team. Sam has extensive corporate finance experience having led a significant number or both public and private transactions. Sam led the largest ever IPO on AIM of Victorian Plumbing plc and also recently floated Loungers plc and Footasylum plc. In terms of M&A, Sam recently led the sales of Watchfinder, Amscan, Footasylum, Sparta Global and Prezzo. Loungers is a good example of Sam’s skillset and long standing relationships with many of his clients, in first selling it to Lion Capital and then acting as financial advisor and Nomad on its IPO. Sam is a leisure, retail and ecommerce sector expert.
