Salah joins CI Capital with more than 10 years of transactional and operational experience, most recently as CFO of Sixth of October Development & Investment Company (SODIC) and member of the company's Board & Executive Committee. During his tenure at SODIC, Salah contributed in developing the SODIC franchise into a leading real estate developer in Egypt, with one of the strongest brands in the market and a highly institutionalized governance and management structure. Prior to SODIC, Salah was with EFG-Hermes Investment Banking, where he worked on a number of high profile transactions including the US$ 1.0bn acquisition of Al Watany Bank of Egypt, the US$ 710m private placement of Solidere International and the US$ 981m acquisition of Vodafone by Telecom Egypt.
