Rusty Ray Bio

Rusty is a managing partner at Alantra and head of the US healthcare practice. He has over 15 years of M&A experience and is focused exclusively on healthcare investment banking. His client list ranges from large pharmaceuticals to early-stage drug development companies, as well as many service companies. Prior to joining Alantra, Rusty was a managing director at Crosstree Capital Partners, a health science investment bank, a deputy director at a Washington D.C.-based think tank, and he worked with the Meningitis Research Foundation in London. He was also a member of the Board of Directors for Apricus Bio (NASDAQ: APRI). Rusty holds an MBA from Fordham University and received a BS in Biology from Wake Forest University.
