Keith Pickering Bio

Keith is a partner with over 25 years’ experience of leading transactions for clients. In 1998 he co-founded Catalyst Corporate Finance, which over 20 years grew to become one of the leading corporate finance advisory firms to the UK mid-market. Catalyst Corporate Finance merged with Alantra in 2017. Keith predominantly works with private company owners and management teams on company sales and private equity transactions. Keith leads our Industrials sector team in the UK and is an expert on the UK construction sector team. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, Keith spent his initial career at the successor firms of PwC and Deloitte, including a three-year period in the Far East, operating out of Hong Kong.
